1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the okplqy website and services (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. okplqy's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

okplqy is not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, including internet service disruptions, power failures, hardware failures, or other circumstances constituting force majeure. In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your okplqy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining account balance after all pending bets are settled and any bonus forfeitures are applied.

12.2 okplqy-Initiated Termination

okplqy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access okplqy services immediately ceases. All licenses granted under these terms are revoked. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement
